Strong Perimeter uses Wood Defender and Ready Seal fence stains. These are oil based stains that are backed by a manufacturer's warranty of 2 or 3 years depending on the product used. Limited to product replacement, prorated.
Strong Perimeter reserves the right to withdraw estimates if not accepted within 30 days.
Signing an estimate binds the agreement between you and Strong Perimeter LLC, and the deposit becomes due within 3 days of the date of signing. The deposit must be made before we can provide service. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the job. Failure to pay in full or insufficient payment may result in a lien being placed on your property.
Payment for both the deposit and balance can be made via Check, Zelle, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Deposits are non-refundable. If the project is canceled or changed for any reason, the deposit remains as a credit on your account to go towards the changed project, or future projects.
We may call and/or text about 1-3 days prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment or reschedule as needed due to weather. If we are unable to get a confirmation prior to the appointment, we'll need to reschedule. If the job is unable to be completed within 30 days of the date of signing due to customer availability, access to the customer's property, etc, the job will need to be re-quoted, and the original deposit can go towards the updated quote.
Sprinklers should be turned off at least 24 hours before stain application can take place and remain off for at least 24 hours after stain application. This includes irrigation sprinklers and septic sprinklers that are near the fence.
If you have pets, they will need to be brought inside for the duration of the job, both for their safety and for our safety. Stain is not safe for pets. They should not lick or otherwise consume it.
Any reasonably movable items that are on the fence or close to the fence perimeter should be moved away from the fence prior to our arrival, such as decorations, small potted plants, benches, chairs, etc.
Upon arrival we will knock on the front door. If there is no answer, we will begin the job. If we are unable to start or complete the job due to pets being outside, gates being locked, etc, an additional $99 trip charge becomes immediately due, and the job will need to be rescheduled.
Strong Perimeter will take precaution and care to protect all vegetation, pools, concrete, homes, auto, etc.
Some stain is possible on surfaces that are right beneath the fence due to dripping.
Some stain should be expected on the grass around the perimeter of the fence. Grass should rebound within 6 weeks with an irrigated lawn.
We will need access to a hose spigot since we use a water hose to keep hard surfaces, such as concrete, stone, and brick, wet during the project. If your neighbor’s property is close to your fence, we will also need to wet down their surfaces. This helps prevent overspray from sticking to these areas, although some minor splatter is expected due to the nature of outdoor spraying. Please note that Strong Perimeter cannot be held liable for a minimal and reasonable amount of overspray on your property or your neighbor’s.
A Strong Perimeter sign may be placed on all fences after the completion of the job.
Strong Perimeter is not responsible for adjusted lawn sprinklers or other forms of owner neglect.
For installations and repairs, It is the homeowner's responsibility to mark where sprinkler lines and heads are. Strong Perimeter will do everything possible to avoid hitting sprinkler lines, but is not responsible for any sprinkler damage that may be caused during installations and/or repairs.
No guarantee against acts of god, i.e. hail damage, wind storms, fire...etc.
